I bought it as I always wanted to get myself a shirt with sleeves under it, but did not want to wear a long sleeve and a shirt above it, so this was a solution. I saw it, liked it, and bought it. The fitment - I am a man, rather slim, 178, got it in M size and it runs a bit loose in the sleeves and covers my palms, so I think you can easily get a size smaller than you usually run. Like if you wear t-shirts M size, get an S size and I think you get a perfect fit. Better check the measurements to be sure.
